New H2FLOW CONTROLS Facility OPENS
SYLVANIA, OH — March 11th, 2024 — H2flow Controls, Inc., a global manufacturer and marketer of technologies and equipment used on applications for swimming pools, and in various industrial segments, is pleased to announce the opening of its new headquarters and manufacturing facility in the Toledo suburb of Sylvania, Ohio.
H2flow will manufacture flow meter, wireless autofill, and variable frequency drive technologies at the new facility. This key investment both expands production capacity and serves as an engineering and innovation center for future products.
H2flow Controls President, Gavin Hackett, had this to say ahead of the new facility’s grand opening event, “Our company is successful because of the hard work and dedication of its employees. It’s so exciting to see our team growing and expanding. Opening this facility is a huge milestone for us - one that will further cement our position as a leader in the markets that we serve. This building gives us the infrastructure we need in order to continue our growth and to develop more innovative technologies that offer tangible benefits for our customers.
Paul Hackett and Gavin Hackett officially open the New West facility by cutting the ribbon.
The new facility spans almost 15,000 square feet, comprising assembly operations, finished goods inventory, and a research and development testing area. It also hosts a sales training area, and offices for marketing, engineering, sales, and administration. Additional unused land exists on the building site for future expansion, too. “We believe this new facility will not only serve our needs today, but will also afford us the flexibility to meet the needs of tomorrow”, says Hackett.
For products such as the massively successful FlowVis flow meter, the New West facility offers significantly increased manufacturing and warehouse space than the previous building.

The official opening of the new Toledo facility - which took place on March 4th - was the latest development in a series of strategic moves to expand H2flow’s position in delivering unique, cutting-edge products to a multitude of market segments.
In early 2023, H2flow announced Sean McDermott as VP of Sales. McDermott brought with him vast experience as a successful sales executive within the pool and spa market. In July 2023, the company also launched the LevelSmart wireless autofill, a system that eliminates the chore of filling bodies of water manually - and the risk of over-filling - by employing innovative and patented proprietary sensing methods.
