Exceptions that could result in the denial of a warranty claim include:

1. Damage caused by the improper or careless handling, repackaging, or shipping.

2. Damage caused due to improper installation as specified in the owner’s manual.

3. Damage caused due to modifications not recommended by the manufacturer or due to use of improper upgrade or replacement parts.

4. Damage caused due to misapplication, misuse, abuse or failure to operate equipment as specified by the manufacturer or the owner’s manual.

5. Damage caused due to neglect or failure to properly maintain the product.

6. Damage caused by water freezing within the product.

7. Damage caused by certain chlorinator systems (pertains specifically to the FlowVis products). Please refer to FlowVis manual for additional details.

8. Acts of God or circumstances beyond the control of H2flow Controls.
